Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"The duck soup noodle here is way better than the famous one in Bidor, that one has dropped drastically in quality over the years."
"Best wontan noodles by far. Have been eating here for 12 yrs"
"My last visit was over 10 years ago, after a morning walk at FRIM. I recently revisited, and the place remains unchanged: a clean, no-frills eatery serving some of the best-textured wantan noodles. My go-to order is the dry wantan noodles with herbal duck drumstick soup, and I’m happy to say it’s still as delicious as I remembered."
"Favourite place to go for a quiet lunch. my favourite is Curry wantan mee, if finished by the time I patronised, next choice is herbal Duck soup with dry wantan mee. The dumplings are awesome too. Cham bing to takeaway after a filling lunch. Friendly staffs and attentive boss."
"The dry chicken curry wantan mee (sold out quickly) was soaking in black sauce which is a pity, as it diluted the flavour of the curry sauce The saving grace is that you can ask for more curry sauce, and hence the curry flavour stands out and combines well with the black sauce and crispiness of the noodles. The dry pork ribs wanted noodles is also nice"
"I'm always here for their duck soup wantan noodle. Overall food was good. Their coffee and tea were nice too (I always order "cham", personal preference). Impressively price are middle and below. Easy to find parking here. Do expect some crowd during peak hour but with fast serving so not too worry about it."
"Now I found a bustling Chinese restaurant but very calm environment in selayang. Actually it's located near ST MARY SCHOOL IN TAMAN INTAN BAIDURI. My favourite is Mee Kari and wantan mee. Since I don't eat pork my order normally consists of fish ball and fish cakes. The wantan Mee and curry Mee is my go to food. They also have mixed rice and other noodles, tea, coffees, roti bakar, roti steam. The best things here are free and ample parking. And the food is reasonably priced. The shop will be closed from 25th June 2025 onwards and will reopen on 30th June 2025. The best thing here is the peace and quiet that allows me to sit here longer and enjoy my meal with my family. So I highly 100% sure you will enjoy the food here as well. Do give this review a thumbs up or love so I know you love it too. I will be thrilled to review more places and your feedback is most appreciated."
